You qualify for free fees since you're an EU national and have been living in the EU for the past 5 years. See http://www.citizensinformation.ie/catego… for more information. The €800 is a registration fee, which everyone has to pay. I didn't go to UL though so I don't know if it has a good politics course.

Don't let the "stab city" thing put you off going to Limerick. It's a nice city, the violence is hyped up by the media and is mainly a feud between two families, so you're not going to be involved.

Is a cheat meal not right for me? help?

So i'm 100 pounds and 5'2 i'm an athlete. and i do try to get to the gym 4-6 days a week... i stick to a very healthy diet i dont drink ANY pop never fast food and rarely even processed food. The only thing i might eat thats processed is luna bars. I eat whole grains low fat yogurts and cottage cheese fish grilled chicken veggies and tons of fruits natural peanut butter etc.. I try to incooperate a cheat meal into my diet ... but it seems like it always turns into eating more then what i plan or even a binge.(I know not good) is a cheat meal not the way to go? Instead my sister said to have a "relax weekend" where i still eat my healthy foods but dont restrict so much and have that peice of cake if i want. Or she said just when you have a craving during any time of the week EAT it then leave it and it might prevent a future binge. How should i go about this? thanks
since i'm not trying to loose weight.. actually gain lean muscle.. she said i could relax more and not be so strict about everything is this true? help!

I am not a professional trainer or nutritionist this is all opinionated based from me. I am also a thin woman I recently lost weight(due to the stress of life) I used to weight 100 pounds also and had my diet (I was in sports back in high school) but, i would still cheat and eat anything i wanted i didn't overly stress about it if i wanted a soda with some pizza i had a few slices but, then the next day i would stick to my fruits and veggies. your sister is right its not a big deal if you crave a snake or a non-fruit or vegetable lunch or dinner. I mean you sound like a health woman don't torture yourself about it especially if your not trying to lose weight only gain lean muscle. Stick to what your doing now just cut yourself some slack :) you only live once have a donut!

I plan to go to Lisbon in 2 weeks for a weekend after my plane comes from Cairo. Is it expensive like Rome, Italy? Is it dangerous there for BLACK American men? Do the women there like BLACK American men? What is the weather like at the end of October and beginning of November and does it rain a lot? I know the beach is out of the question What is all to do there? Do they have a nice zoo and aquarium?

Are the people hospitable towards Americans or are they rude like the French? I can't speak Spanish nor Portuguese so I hope that's ok because I was in Madrid and people still were nice and try to help me out; and if they couldn't speak English they would direct me to someone who does. It's less expensive than Rome. Advice: check prices in restaurants, taxis, etc. Just pay attention so you don't get fooled. Pay attention to pickpocketing in downtown Lisbon and trams, because they love tourists.
It's one of the safest countries in the world. There are a lot of black people in Portugal and from different ethnicitys. I don't think you will be treated differently just because you're black.
Black intelligent and nice men are appreciated by white and black women. And men too, if you swing that way.
The weather is mostly sunny, sometimes cloudy. Temp: 23?C (73 F) max, 12?C (54 F) min as an average. Not a lot of rain in this season yet.
What to do: visit the city and all its beatiful monuments, go to the beach just to hang out, visit Sintra and Cascais. There are a lot of great museums. The Zoo in Sete Rios is nice, so is the aquarium called Oceanario in Parque das Nacoes (a must see neighborhood). Go to the bars and discos in Bairro Alto and other places. Movies are subbed, not dubbed, so you can go to the movies.
The people are very nice and hospitable. Many speak english, though not very good. But they will try to help you if they can.
Eating hours are 12-14h and 20-22h mainly. Our typical breakfast is not bacon and eggs, more like coffee, milk, juice, bread, etc. Ask some natives where you can eat well at low prices, some of the most famous places among tourists are not the best. Try the seafood, fishes (including the codfish - you may like it or not), stews, 'bitoque'. You can find many italian, chinese, japanese, middle east, mexican, brazilian and vegetarian restaurants too. The pastry is also very good, you should definitely try pastel de nata. Our coffee is way stronger than yours. The wine is superb, Sagres beer is good.
People are passionate about soccer, the games are on weekends.
Edit: I mentioned the beach because we like to go there just to hang out, drink tea or coffee, have a walk, play sports. The water's temp may be around 18?C these days which is nice, but the air temp for me is cold to attempt a swimsuit display. It's up to you. A weekend is a little bit short, so choose what pleases you the most. I hope you have fun.

For a few years I've had a 12" that takes a sample of the vocal from the disco classic Cloud One - Dico Juice.
The track is on a completely blank whitelabel. The shop recieved it by mistake but gave it me because I was a regular and liked it.
It sounds very much like a Junior Jack/ Kid Creme production but it wasn't done by them. I also think the record was actually from Italy...because the sleeve had a hologram marker like Rise/Time Records releases did..

The track sampels the 'I think we should get back together' vocal, and also has a new female vocal added to it. I cannot give you anymore info.

I went to these places and can recommend all of them!
( for different reasons)

Verona....I found it had a nice atmosphere and had some lovely gardens there...a bit of the Romeo and Juliet stuff and the "collosuem"

Venice...its just so different to the other cities that you have to see it...its quite small so does not need a lot of time.

Siena...wish I had seen more of it...its a medieval town.
Montepulicano....lovely little hilltop village in the Siena Region ( stuffed up my accommodaitnio and booked here rather than siena town!!!! its 70km away...but thats life, was a charming mistake)

Rome....I liked it for the Roman stuff really...I did a day trip to Pompeii which was great and can recommend.....also has the Vatican which is interesting.
Florence..is very pretty in the main part of town. has lots of art/reniassance stuff worth seeing. Is close to Pisa ( Tower) and a lovely town called Lucca which is worth seeing.

Bologna...has a medieval feel again. nice.
Get around by train...its pretty good, while buses take up the slack in more remote areas.
I went in April so can't help you there....but lots of tourists. I went by myself and had no problems....juse be sensible....I personally never used a taxi there ( as had heard a few bad thigns, but thats just me....I found public transport perfectly fine)

I am a 14 year old boy, and I'm about 35 pounds over weight. I need a way to lose atleast 20 pounds before June, but would like to lose the 35 pounds before then. I sugest getting your family involved because its easier to lose weight with support. You can pick up a few diet cook books and have your mom (or who ever cooks in your household) try some some new healthier recipes. Also ask whoever does the shopping to limit snacks and junk food that they bring into the house.

Do you own a wii? Wii Fit Pulse (for about $100) is alot of fun and it offers a lot of advise and a wide variety of exercises. If you do not have funds for wii fit you can try to find an exercise dvd and just make a habit of doing it every morning. Maybe you can get up before school and jog around your block and then do sit ups.

We have one long (2 month) holiday in the summer. I live in the north, so that holiday begins ~June 20 and ends ~August 20. In the south, that holiday may begin ~May 20 and end ~July 20.

Then, we usually have a vacation at the end of December (1 or 2 weeks), usually from the 23rd to January 2nd.

My school gives one week off in February and another week off in April; some schools combine those weeks into one 2 week vacation, frequently known as "Spring Break."

We also have no school on federal holidays (Labor Day, Columbus Day, etc.)

First of all, do not lean towards anorexia. Really, all you have to do is burn more calories than you consume. Do not eat meats at all, but if you must, fish would be the healthiest. Lean away from soda, juice, and things such as vitamin water. If you're going to work out, drink the healthiest gatorade (maybe like the 0 calorie one). Water is definitely the healthiest beverage, so be sure to drink a lot of that. Eat a lot of vegetables. However vegetables can still be fattening with certain dressings or sauces. for example, the salads at mcdonalds are actually full of calories. but really the main concept is to burn more calories than you consume. good luck :)

p.s. focus on a certain area you want to lose weight, and do an exercise that is apt to improving the health of that area of your body.

Spinach Quiche(Inn)
1/2 cup butter
1 garlic clove -- crushed
30 ounces frozen spinach -- squeezed dry
10 eggs
3 cups cottage cheese
1 cup monterey jack cheese -- grated
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
In a medium skillet melt the butter with garlic, and fry the spinach. Set aside to cool. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Add the cooled spinach and transfer to a large greased glass baking dish. Bake in a 350? oven for 30 to 45 minutes.

Tofu Spinach Pie

1 pk Fresh Spinach
1 1/2 lb Tofu
1 1/2 c Onions
3 Garlic cloves, minced or
Pressed 2 T Lemon juice
1/2 t Salt
x Canola oil 1 9" pie shell

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In large pan over medium flame, cook spinach in canola oil, until
spinach completely wilts (ie. it will shrink and turn a darker green). 3. In another pan, saute onions and garlic until onion softens.
4. Mix in the cooked spinach, saute for a minute or two more.
5. Crumble in the tofu.
6. Add lemon juice and salt.
7. Pour mixture into pie shell.
8. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes, until pie shell is golden.
Start off with a salad, then serve the spinach tofu pie with wild rice and you've got a great veggie meal.

Amsterdam.

Its 60% non native dutch (so I hear) so integrating yourself is really easy. A lot is in English and the social life is great.

Everything is a quick cycle away and the job opportunities for English speaking expats are really great. They have dedicated recruitment agencies just for english speaking expats.

Cost of living is relatively cheap and healthcare is great (health insurance is mandatory for all).

Its a port, is a great point for european travel by train and buying an apartment is easy (no upfront costs).

The view of Amsterdam being a city of drugs and sex is overblown. There are beautiful parts of the city that get overshadowed by this stereo type.

You'll meet a lot of international people (its an internal community within itself... Americans, spanish, french, italian, islandic, turkish etc)

Hi there,

If your mum won't allow you to go on any special food diet there are still lots of things you can do. You could eat the same food as everybody else but eat smaller portions of everything. You can also drink a lot of water as this helps make you feel fuller so you don't want to eat as much food.

Of course the best way to lose weight is to exercise. But the key is to find a form of exercise that you enjoy. If you like dancing, you could join a zumba class and you would lose that weight in no time. Or you could go swimming, or go to an indoor rock climbing wall or something.

Remember also, you are much more than how you look. Every person is worthy of love and happiness. It's not what you look like that really counts but what is inside of you.

I want to buy a smartphone manufactured by htc. But, I am stuck between HTC Desire HD and HD7. Which one should I chose? Well, I've dieted for a whole year. I recently stopped worrying about it and just eat in moderation.
So really, I crash dieted, didn't lose anything, then made a lifestyle change and stuck with that and I'm starting to lose weight.

I tell them and they get defensive about it. Most of my family is overweight, and I want to change that 'curse'. My friends just tell me no, that I'm perfect as the way I am and start judging me about it. I just want to do it for myself, to overcome binging and crash dieting.

So, I have 8 pounds left til my goal. I am fifteen, female, and 138, aiming for 130. Is that a bad weight to be at?? I am 5'8. I have fat on me and I also want to tone up. I want to be out of my size seven jean size and into a size five by late spring. Thanks for reading..reply ANYTHING.

There are two fabled Arctic sea-routes, that which passes to the north of Canada is the Northwest Passage (NWP) and the other, to the north of Siberia, is the Northern Sea Route (NSR). The article you linked to concerns the NSR.

In 2000 the NWP was navigated in full and unassisted for the first time ever. Back then it was though that the NSR wouldn’t be sufficiently ice-free to allow unhindered passage for about 20 more years. In fact, it was only 5 years before the first vessel sailed through without assistance.

There had been several memorable crossings of the NWP in the past but none of them were unassisted. The earliest traverses took several years with the vessels becoming ice bound for several months during the winter seasons. Icebreakers were needed and in some cases the vessels were loaded onto sleds and dragged many miles across the ice. The average speed of these early voyages was less than that of a tortoise.

In recent years there have been many sailings along both routes including passenger ships, liners, cargo vessels and oil tankers. All have made the crossing through ice free waters and without the need for assistance.

It is a requirement of the Russian Authorities that an ice-breaker is available to assist vessels undertaking the Northern Sea Route, but more and more the ice-breakers aren’t needed.

The Canadians, Russians and Chinese have been quick to realise the potential benefits that these new sea routes can bring. Not least because they save several thousand miles in journey distances.

I had the same problem as you for some time.

I found that the simplest and easiest thing to do was to simply eat small meal. .... Yes sounds too easy to be true, but it makes sense if you understand the reasoning behind it.

We typically eat 3 regular meals per day. The typical size of your meals is too big for your stomach. (Your stomach is approximately the size of your fist). So if you eat too much, you end up stretching it out. After your stomach has digested the food and passed it to your small intestine, it shrinks - this shrinking causes you to get fairly intense hunger pangs. So you eat more to stretch it back out and stop the hunger pangs.

The idea is to not stretch your stomach out to begin with, which in turn prevent the strong hunger pangs you are used to. You do this by eating smaller meals. You'll notice that if you do this for a couple days, your hunger pangs will subside and become weaker EVEN THOUGH you are eating smaller meals.

Since you are eating smaller meals, you are taking in fewer calories, and your body will naturally begin to burn fat.

Now, you'll still feel hunger pangs between meals, but they won't be nearly as strong and you can temporarily satisfy them with a glass of water or coffee or whatever.

Worked for me, and I have lost 25 lbs so far in the last 3 months.

(I've also been eating lots of fresh vegetables, lean meats, and overall cutting out most sugars) I try to keep high calorie food like breads to a moderate amount.

for the early turns you are just playing lands and cheap draw spells to sculpt your hand.

then after you think you are ready (usually turn 3/4, you can also do this turn two but the chance of fizzling are much greater) you just combo so your spell count is enough for a lethal brainfreeze.

the combo starts with a high tide. (gives 1 additional blue mana each time you tap a land for mana)
then play cloud of faeries and snap to untap your land (these cost 2 and untap 2 lands, with high tide you pay 2 and get 4 mana back)
use the excess mana to play draw spells.
after building enough spell count then just play brain freeze to mill your opp's library. (normal deck of 60 need about 17 spells or just 8 spells with double brain freeze)

there is also cloudstone curio <-these with 2 cloud of faeries and high tide = infinite mana.

I want to see the architecture and history and all the tourist sites and see all the beautiful things and have a great time! ive been living in florence, italy since 2002 so i guess i can say that i know italy more than i know my own hometown. first of all, from what city will you be arriving from?? and for how long will you be staying in italy?? i mean those are the basic things you want to focus on before deciding what you want to see.

i would say arrive in rome, visit the entire town, including the vatican, spend about 2-3 days there and then take a train up north to florence. spend another 3-5 days there, stay at a hotel and take day trips (i mean after seeing all of florence) to Pisa, Luca, Siena, and ESPECIALLY san gimignano, you do NOT want to miss that incredible town, its my favorite. all of these town are with in an hour at the most and it would be a waste of time to move from hotel to hotel just to visit those little towns that only take you half a day to visit. florence is also tiny, you can practically see all of it excluding the time you would spend IF you were to attend every museum. while your there, take another train ride all the way up west to Cinque Terre, this is pretty distant but if you leave as early as possible, you can spend the entire day visiting this area, its a group of towns along the coast all incredibly beautiful, if you want you might as well stay at hotel there and spend more time, but it all depends on how much time you have. after florence head a little more up north and go to Venice, spend another 2-3 days, enjoy it all and IF you still have time, go to milan, but you know what, to tell you teh truth, milan is not what you think, its just too industrial and metropolitan, its nothing of historical as rome and florence, i mean aside from the duomo. so if i were you, id skip milan, unless you like industrial cities.

my recomendation if you will be staying in italy for two weeks, id say, take the route ive given you, but make sure your flights are different, arrival to rome, and departure from venice. if you have an even longer period, like for example 3-4 weeks, id say, instead arrival to venice, go down through florence, see everything i recommended, then to rome, then to naples, then to the amalfi coast.

naples isnt really a pretty town nor is it as safe as you would think, you have to be wise and careful there and not be in the wrong spot at the wrong hour, so my recommendation is go to naples for a day, visit the town and leave, stay at a hotel in the amalfi coast. its INCREDIBLY beautiful!! my favorite town there is Sorento. i would say it would be alot easire for you if you rented a car because everythign there is not by foot at all and as you would drive along the cliff coasts you would be able to stop by and take pics, on buses you can't and they take forever. wiht a car you can go to naples for a day, visit pompeii afterwards, go to Positano, another beautiful town, amalfi as well, and sorrento. from sorrento you can catch a boat to the island of capri and the other one right by it, i forgot the name of it. i would say all this would take you around 2 weeks max.

so those are the ideal places i recommend you to go see, be very careful, be very aware, the main technique to attack the typical foreigners is pickpocketing and believe it or not, they are incredibly sneaky, do NOT ever give money to the gypsey chidren nor the gypsey people, they have the trick to steal your stuff, cameras, wallets, clothes, while your looking for change to give them.

I come from Italy and my country is living a severe crisis.
I earn 1200 euro after tax (just under 1000 pounds a month after tax).
I started my job in 2001 and i was earning 1175 euro amonth after tax. in seven years i have had only 25 euro more at the end of the month!!

My pay has gone up since I've been there 23 years, I make almost 4 times my starting pay.
The bonuses are getting smaller though.
Over the last 10 years I've been getting pay raises that match what they take away from my bonus pay.
In the US we get a statement from Social Security and it has a graph on it showing wages from starting work till now.
My graph has been about level for 10 years so my raises don't add up to much because they take away from my bonus and they keep raising what I have to pay fro health insurance.

Workout routines are what exercises, how many sets, how many reps
etc. that you do for each muscle.
Remember these things when making up your routine:
1) Work chest, triceps and shoulders on the same day, and biceps and
back on the same day so that it's ok if the secondary muscles get
worked that day, because your doing them anyway.
2) Separate those muscles that work a secondary muscle so that they
are far enough apart not to overtrain you. For example, do Chest
Monday, triceps on Wednesdays, and shoulders Friday, and biceps
Monday with chest, and back Wednesday or Friday.
Here are a few sample split routines and workout programs.

As if right now i'm 13 (lol) I can't really make my own choices and I really want to move away from America when I get the chance and I want to live in Europe I've always wanted to live in Europe and start a family. Alright love, you have to realise that it's very difficult to impossible for an American to move to Europe, even with a university education.

I suggest doing a search of Yahoo Answers to see what other people say on the subject, and finding out what the story is.

The thing is, you would have to work to support yourself, so unless you are independently wealthy (like, say, Madonna is independently wealthy) and can afford to live in an EU country and still contribute to the local economy, you'd need a work/residency permit, which they only give to people with certain qualifications.

So get studying! Oh, and if you want to live in France, Germany or Italy, you will need to learn those languages too.

How can I lose love handles fast?

I am 13 and I am going on this cruise to the bahamas for winter vacation........ that means swim suits and tanks. I love all these clothes but my love handles bother me. I really want to loose them and fast. I dance for 4 hours everyday but it doesn't change anything! HELP!!!!

Concentrate on your exercise. Work out your obliques (love handle muscles), and make sure you can feel their working. Take a light dumbbell (3 or 5 pounds should be fine for your age), and move your arm from your hip to above your head. Twist exercises could help too.

My roommate is so gross?

I have three roommates. One is morbidly obese, and my other two roommates and I are slim/athletic build and complete health nuts. The fourth girl just moved in a few days ago, and she's topping 300 pounds at 5'2". Today, she bought a pair of heels, and actually broke a sweat and was gasping fo air just trying to put them on. Shestood and promptly broke both heels on her shoes. She claims to be a health but, yet she eats KFC, McDonald's, and takes the elevator even though we're on the 2nd floor. Anyway, today she said she was really jealous that we were thin, and she said that no matter what she couldn't keep weight off. My one roommate has lost over 100 pounds in the past year, and she offered some advice. The obese roommate went to the grocery store after we gave her some tips, and came back with absolute junk. She bought chips that "Are good for you" because they only have 20g of carbohydrates per 1oz serving, and only 10g of fat (I know from online information that Lay's makes chips with 15g of carbs and a little less fat). She bought diet cola, and "hungry man" dinners (so she can watch her portions). She bought peanut butter in a one pound tub, and also fruit roll ups (they're made of real fruit! she claims). I could go on, but this girl is not doing anything for herself. She's also been here three days, and hasn't even had a shower. My roommates and I want to help her realize that what's she's eating is unhealthy (and that she shouldn't claim to be a health nut!) and that she also needs to exercise a little by taking the stairs or walking to class rather than taking the bus that goes from our dorm to the front of the school (a 5 minute walk) and then just taking the elevator at the doors to the second floor to her class. Should we get involved, or should we just continue to eat our healthy foods and offer advice like we're doing now, even though she doesn't take it?

PS: The bus does a circuit around the school since it's basically a big circle that' only one way. It's not meant to take people from the dorm to the front of the school, and from what I know, she's the only one who does it. My roommate gets on at the dorm bus stop, and unlike the other students, she gets off 2 minutes later while they continue on to the mall or to their next stop!

I've watched some women's world cup and they dive less!
People try and say every player dives..I wouldn't if I were a player.
The only exception is a situation like if you're one on one with the keeper and defender behind you pulls your shirt back and keeps you from getting to the ball and the only way to get the ref to make the call is to fall back with it. That's canceling out his cheating.

You're actually just going to get fatter that way. Once you start eating normally again you will gain twice the weight you started out with. Eat a healthy 2000 calories and exercise. You know the more you eat the faster it makes your metabolism. Just eat healthy. Also for exercise do 45 minutes of cardio then weight and strength training. Work every muscle in your body for 3 sets of 10-15 reps. When you build muscle it burns fat. So you will want to make a habit of doing this. Alternate days though for your muscles. So do your upper one day and lower the next or do your front of your body one day and then the back part the next.

It could, but not necessarily.

If you have been maintaining the same weight with your current diet and running, then taking out the exercise may make you gain a little. How much probably depends on how many calories you are eating and how healthy they are,and how much running you have been doing.

If you have been losing weight with your normal routine and just take out the exercise, you could just maintain, or lose just a little or gain a little. It all depends on what weight you are and again the calories and exercise amounts.

Anyway don't worry, one week isn't going to make or break you either way. If you get back to your workout routine after the week is over it will just be a blip in the long run.

I have to write a paper using only active voice
and I have tried to find all of my mistakes and correct them but i am having a hard time differentiating between the two (it probably doesn't help that it's late)

When one thinks of dolls, they imagine a pretty toy, something to be played with and looked at, that always plays their roll perfectly. Most people would think that a doll would be happy. That they were glad they didn’t have to think for themselves or have any worries, but in reality many people enjoy having those responsibilities. It makes them feel responsible; like they are doing something worth while with their life. It gives them their identity. In Henrik Ibsen’s play, A Doll’s House, the main character Nora Helmer transitions from her role as a doll and finds herself to be a confident, independent woman by proving to that she can find a way to take care of things on her own, she can handle her own finances, and finally by realizing that she can be more than the role she has been playing.
The first step in Nora’s transition occurs before the play even begins. When Nora finds out her husband Torvald is ill and the only cure is to take a trip to Italy she knows that she must do everything in her power to get him there. When her husband refused to “give into [her] moods and whims” Nora has to find some other way to get him to the south so he will get better. She does this by borrowing money form Krogstad without her husbands consent, and by forging her father’s signature insure that Krogstad would indeed lend her the money. Nora brags to her friend Mrs. Kristine Linde that she has “something to be proud and happy about. [She has] saved Torvald’s life” (Ibsen 975). One can tell that this secret has empowered her. She enjoyed taking care of things on her own, no matter what it took.
Borrowed money always has to be paid back. Nora had to learn how to deal with her own finances to insure that Torvald did not find out about her getting a loan behind his back. Doing odd jobs and rationing her allowances were two ways she learned how to make money to pay back Krogstad. Her responsibilities were growing and Nora also learned what it was like to have responsibility. Before she had never had any real responsibilities her children were being raised by the nannies, her life was planned out for her and she just played her role happily like a doll. After getting the loan and having to make regular payments Nora got her first taste of independence and she loved it claiming “it was great fun... working and making money” (Ibsen 977).
After having these small glimpses of independence and responsibility she realized how dull her life really was. She could no longer play the role that her husband had given. The last straw was Torvald’s fit of rage once he found out about the loan, and his relief that his reputation was safe after finding out Krogstad had returned the paper. Nora realized that he cared for no one but himself. He was not worried about her or what her consequences could have been; he was just worried about having to accept the blame for her actions. This shatters Nora’s faith in him, and their whole relationship. She realizes that he only sees her as a toy and he does not actually care for her as a human being. Nora then casts off her role as a wife, and a mother, because she must be true to herself and go out and learn things on her own, to discover herself, before she takes on any other responsibilities.
When one considers all of these things, it is very apparent why Nora was no longer content with being a doll. She became an independent woman though a series of unfortunate events that led to her see the possibilities that lied past her current life. Nora is a perfect example of many of today’s modern stay at home wives. Many of them can empathize with her desire for a more fulfilling life while some (like Mrs. Linde) find the most content while fully dedicating themselves to and taking care of others. This novel has opened many readers’ eyes to look for the possibilities surrounding them helping them learn that they must never be content because there they owe it to themselves to explore all of the opportunities around them so they can discover themselves.

Never ridden a motorcycle before and don't know anything about them. I am going to take classes and want a practice bike that if I drop or wipe out on it won't matter

1.What would be a first good(practice)bike? Should I just get an old dirtbike? I don't really want a sport bike though.

2.What should I look for when buying a bike? as far as body,engine,etc..

3.Should I go to a dealer or buy one out of the paper/craigslist?

4.Can I even find a running bike around 1,000 dollars?

5.How much power is a good to start with and what does CC stand for?

1. an old working honda rebel would be good. even a four wheeler. i taught my wife about clutch work and shifting just on my four wheeler. if you can ride and balance a bicycle then its a good start. and going through the basic rider motorcycle course will teach you everything else.

2. make sure it starts. and let it run for at least half an hour while taking a look at it. If it has trouble starting and can't even idle for a period of time then someone with little mechanical/motorcycle skills shouldnt mess with it. if you have a friend with motorcycle experience then take them with you.

3. craigslist. do lots of searching and you will find a good deal.

4. they may be few and far between but its possible. like i said get a friend with some bike experience to help you through the process. having him/her look at the bike first hand is better than anyone reading specs/pictures online.

5. cc stands for cubic centimeters. It is how much volume your piston displaces from when it is fully down to when it is fully extended. cc is calculated for total engine displacement. so a 400 cc 4 cylinder bike has 4, 100cc displacement cylinders. anything under 300cc will be sufficient to start with.

I started learning to ride when i was 15 and had a moped. No clutch or shifting. just a little 50cc moped that i took to work. after riding that for about a year and a half and learning to shift on my dad's sidecar motorcycle it was an easy transition once i got my first bike. start off small. take your time and make sure you have complete control over your machine before you move on to something bigger.

I met a real cute girl almost two months ago through my cousin. That night I got home I had a friend request on facebook it was the girl. She invited me out that night but I Couldn't go and she said she would invite me next time. We started texting each other and one day she asked me to describe myself. My cousin decided to ask her bout me and she said we are just friends and she likes talking 2 me.I figured I should give up and while walking through the hangout area in college she texted me asking me "where am you going looking so bored" and when I walked back through later she texted me saying "there you go again". A Month ago was my birthday she texted me happy birthday on my facebook before it was even midnight. She told me she hopes I come to school so she can hug me .While headed home I got a call and it was her telling me that she sees me and to wait for her. She then hugged me and said she saw me before but that I walk 2 fast and she didn’t want to look stupid running.

A Month ago My Cousin saw her and the told her I like her. A day I was walking through the hall and she ran from behind and poked me from behind to come say hi. She usually waits for me before she goes home cause we finish at the same time. A few weeks ago she waited an hour for me and texted me that she would go home if I felt that she talked too much. She ended up waiting and we went to a pizza store where she bought 2 slices and she gave me a slice. I feel I might just be a friend to her, because she text me a lot almost every day and talks about how she hates her ex she dated a year ago and how guys try to get with her and how she isn’t they impressed. The only guy she has ever mentioned to me that she finds so cute and hot is Drake. Yesterday she texted me that she went on MSN the time that I am usually on and was surprised I wasn’t on. I told her I had some homework to do and she said it okay and she will leave me alone so I could finish. Last Week she saved a seat for me on the bus and told people she was saving the seat for her friend. My friend said her talking to me this often is not normal if she just want to be friends even though she does talk a lot. I started taking a diet pill called Atro Phex 2 months ago and I just found out I'm pregnant. For those who don't know, crohn's disease is an inflammatory disease of the intestines that may affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract from mouth to anus, causing a wide variety of symptoms. I have all these symptoms, especially the "bloody poop", and both my father and sister have this disease. My sister has crohn's disease also, you can get surgery to get rid of it. but, i suggest that you change your diet. people that dont eat right with low immune systems (get sick easily) are likely to get this. you just try eating less greecy foods and more fruits and bananas. bland foods are the best for this. :)

Where I am currently staying, there is no food in the house, and everybody I live with goes out to eat every day, so they don't even care that there isn't any food here. I don't have a car, therefore no job, therefore no money. The folks here won't take me anywhere or do anything for me unless I have money to pay them with. So anyways, my question comes from myself...I haven't eaten anything in 2 days and some hours, and I was just wondering what exactly was going on inside my body. I know I feel like crap and my entire body hurts, and that I am also easily aggravated, weak, and in a dazed sort of mindset. Confusion more or less....but I was wondering what exactly was going on inside me, since the internet is so full of adds and diet tips, I couldn't find the answer on the web. There must be a way where you can get some food,even if you go and work a little for food.Mow the neighbours lawn or something.But to answer your question what it does to you. Well your stomach cramps up because it has nothing to work with,so after a while it starts to shrink.And when you get a good feed in to you,you usually cramp up as well.Irregular eating habits aren't very beneficial for the body.Going without food saps you of energy,that's why you feel like crap.
As I said before try and do something with yourself, so you are able to rely on yourself instead of others.

It's a long story, but I'll try to make it short. I went on a date w/ this guy in January. It went really well & I liked him & he told me he liked me. He asked me out for V-day, but had to cancel plans. The day after V-day, he told me he was now in a relationship w/ this girl he hung out w/ the weekend before V-day. He also told me he no longer was interested in me because he didn't feel a spark between us. The girl he started dating, knew about me & told him he should tell me about her.

He put me in the friend zone, but never talks to me. The other day, I "liked" his status on Facebook. I commented it a little later & exactly 5 min. later, his girlfriend commented after me. Baked Potatoes, baked chicken breast, any kind of lean meat... Toss Salads with lemon juice and olive oil. Fruits and vegetables.. Don't use butter, but i am sure you can use herbs and seasonings that don't have salt or MSG in them.
Sorry I do not know any recipes off the top of my head, but throwing different kinds of foods out there hoping it will help some.

Edit - just thought of some more stuff...
Like for breakfast - Egg whites, lean turkey bacon, oatmeal or cream of wheat. Multi-grain bagels with fat free cream cheese.

Well, probably we are a little flirtatious in general. I was considered a little bit this way when I lived in Sweden, even if I'm one of the shiest persons you can find in Italy (I think that since the average Swedish male is less flirtatious than a water cooler the contrast made the job).

Using a condom during intercourse lowered your chances drastically of getting many STD's, and of course having a pregnancy. Obviously, any disease already within her vagina, or any disease in the semen of a guy she had sex with earlier in the evening or the previous day or whatever, you got in your mouth.
But you could have still contracted herpes, genital warts, hepatitis, or possibly other diseases from the other (manual/oral) activity you engaged in.

The only way to be sure is to be tested. Check with your dr or the clinic about how long after sexual activity that various diseases will show up on tests.

It's best, IMO, to wait until marriage to have sex again. But don't engage in risky behavior if you are going to have sex.

well i need some advice for a diet Plan. im 15 years old 5'11 tall (Pretty Tall) and i weigh 212 lbs.
well my plan is to lose 30-40 pounds by next august (1 year +) and i was wondering any tips or suggestion rite now my plan is a strict water diet and salad diet no more soda candy etc.Will that help me? and by tha way i got asthma Since i was a babyy so running may be difficult for me at times...
So can ab crunches help lose belly fat and can dieting help lose fat in the legs arms face etc??

You have a reasonable plan so far as time and weight loss are concerned but the diet is not so good. if you can do so,consult with your family health care provider about diet. If not..well, you need protein in your diet and a certain amount of carbohydrates as well as a little healthy fat because you do not only want to get thinner, but to stay healthy while you do it.

Baked beans, peanuts ( a small handful of them a day), turkey, fish and chicken are all good sources of protein that should fit into your diet. The fish can be canned, frozen or fresh as you prefer but fresh is best and you should not eat more than one small tin of tuna..or the same weight fresh, per week.

Dry fry food in a good non-stick frying pan, or if you need a little oil then make sure it is a little..half a teaspoon in the bottom of the pan. No sausages or fast foods,soda or candy..if you like these things then it is easier to give them up than to try to limit yourself to tiny quantities of them as treats. One of my favourite substitutes for chinese, when other people in the house are ordering out, is a dish of white or basmatti rice with prawns or shrimps and a good helping of thawed frozen peas..warm the prawns and peas up gently, they are already cooked, and then stir them into the rice with a splash of soy sauce to finish..it is delicious, easy and fat free...besides having good amounts of carbs, fibre and protein in it.

You will find that the longer you go without eating sweet food, the less you enjoy the taste of sugary things.

Mushrooms and beansprouts, kiwi fruit and pomegranates are all exceptionally good for you, peas are close and raw cabbage and onion..in a coleslaw with low caloried dressing perhaps..are good for asthmatics..which, by the way, citrus fruits are not.

There is no way of dieting for one particular area of the body but the Tony Little "Gazelle" can work wanders on your stomach, hips and thighs in just fifteen minutes a day..which you work up to..and with very little strain or effort. You can often get one second hand for a good price on Ebay or elsewhere and if you have no problems with your back or hips.it is the gentlest way I know of for taking off the inches even if you do not go at it like a maniac. You can use it at a gentle swinging pace and still benefit so there is no need to get breathless.

Swimming is the best overall exercise anyone can do, so if you can and do swim then try to spend a routine amount of time in the water a routine number of times a week. Again, no need to break any records..by allowing yourself more than a year to reach your target weight you have given yourself the best chance of doing so and of keeping the weight off which most dieters do not achieve because they have not actually changed their daily routines over the long term but only modified them radically for a short time.

So..a little more variety than just salads..and if you get hungry between meals, have a cup of soup, and if you get desperate for some candy then make it sugar free gum or mints. Take care and the best of luck.

p.s. Ab crunches..great for building muscle, but once you have converted fat into muscle it is much harder to lose.
