Okay so I am a 19 year old male and I have the choice to go into either the navy or go to college. If I go into the navy I'm signing up for six years. I will go into the nuclear program and receive a a $15,000 sign on bonus spread out over two years. I'll be getting paid about $1,800 a month without the bonus. I'll go to nuke school for two years then get based somewhere or have the opportunity to go to officer school. I'll be getting a four year degree in nuclear science in two years. This all seems like a good choice but college also seems pretty fun. Western Washington University is located in the very northwest corner of Washington State and is in a beautiful area. I would be able to go hiking, camping, snowboarding, kayaking and numerous other outdoor activities. Another great aspect is that it is close to Canada and Seattle so that gives me a lot of new area to explore and many other things to do. The school itself is fantastic. I really like the atmosphere and I want to be a teacher and Western has one of the best teaching programs in the northwest. With both Western and the Navy I'll be able to see different parts of the world but more so with the Navy. Western I could go on an exchange program to Italy or something. If I go to Western I'll be there for around four years. In the Navy I can save about $1500 a month if I wanted to and over six years that's around $108,000 in the bank just waiting for me. At Western I'll leave with student loans totaling around $80,000. I really don't know which one to do so any input you could offer would be great! Thank you

Is this a healthy diet? if not please help!?
Today I ate this,
Breakfast= Whole Wheat toast with some cheese
After= 1 Peach
Lunch= Baked Barbecue crackers (Rice Thins)
After= Plain Ripple Chips, Another Peach, an apple, water, five alive
Supper= Rice in a frying pan (Chicken Flavored) with little pieces of chicken it it (Oven Baked) and 3 servings of Green Salad (With lots of Caesar dressing)
Is this healthy? I'm kind of getting some Lbs. on my stomach, please help, if it isn't healthy just write some healthy stuff to replace this.

Definitely a B-
You need to adjust things a little bit, like your lunch was too little. Don't eat those flavored crackers and chips because even baked ones can be bad for you. Instead try turkey and cheese plain on wheat bread. You can even find health wheat bread that only has 35 calories a slice. For your breakfast, you need to do something more filling. It seems like you just snacked a lot on things you thought were healthy but you really need to eat meals and less snacks. Okay so breakfast should be changed to something like yoplait light yogurt with some fruit slices or oatmeal. And you supper was actually not good either. Anything fried is horrible for you. Try grilled foods instead. Like grilled chicken and BOILED rice.
Try a menu like this:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of special k cereal and skim milk 1 banana (or you can do the yogurt or oatmeal)
snack:blueberries, sliced apples
Lunch: wheat bread with 6 slices of deli turkey and 1 slice american cheese
snack: nutrigrain bar or granola bar
Dinner: grilled chicken, or you can buy a healthy choice meal from any grocery store. They can come with chicken veggies and a desert!
Plus drink at least 4 bottles of water all day. If you flush out your system your body works better and can burn more calories.
and you can add in some yoga
plus walk for about 30 min every day

I'm an Italian girl who wish to study at uni in Ireland?
Hi there...my name is Valentina, I'm almost 18 yars old and I come from sicily (Italy)...I'm planning to study on a full-time undergraduate course in Polits and international Relations in Ireland have so many doubts (and I think that's normal 'cos leaving your home country is never an easy thing to do but this has been my DrEaM for almost 3 years so i think I m sure about my decision to come to Ireland) ,
I wanted to ask if there s anybody out there we could explain me how the tutation fees work...Is it true that I only have to pay 800€?...

Don't let the "stab city" thing put you off going to Limerick. It's a nice city, the violence is hyped up by the media and is mainly a feud between two families, so you're not going to be involved.

does a tall latte from starbucks have about 100mg of caffine? i really love my coffee but i feel so guilty drinking it while pregs. im 16 weeks today... so im past the 1st tri. is this safe? i dont even drink one everyday... just every once in a while. :) also diet soda. i know i should drink regular.. but i like the taste of diet coke better. i know the aspertame and stuff isnt good either. i havent drank hardly any... just some sips of my husbands. what are your thoughts on that??

200-300 mg of caffeine are ok per day. So soda is fine in moderation. A large stare bucks latte is more like 325mg. So I would say one once and a while not a big deal, but daily or even every other prob not ok. There is about 76mg in a 20oz bottle of diet coke.

I need a birth certificate in long for to get married in Italy. I ordered one but it was not in long form. How would I go about getting this??
